This course is intended to introduce you to one of the woo-woo topics I have found particularly helpful in identifying underlying “shadow work” that needs to be addressed. Shadow work is the practice of finding the parts of yourself that you try to hide, but instead meeting yourself there with grace to understand why you rejected that part of yourself in the first place. This practice can be extremely uncomfortable, because if it isn’t, then you’re likely still leading from the ego, not the shadow. We all have areas of life that we would like to improve, and this is just one method I’ve used to tackle mine.
