I’m teaching at a new wellness retreat location in Kearney!
This is an in-person class for people aged 21+ only, as we are actively smoking cannabis in this class too.

Unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a laid-back evening at Smoga at Rustic Retreat—a beginner-friendly, 420-friendly yoga experience lead by the Fidgety Skeptic. This session is designed to help you slow down, stretch, and simply be present.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience, this class is all about moving at your own pace in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. Included with your ticket is a pre-roll, light refreshments, and a snack station. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours, then settle in to sip, stretch, breathe, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Rustic Retreat. Tickets are $40 each. Two tickets for $60, we encourage you to bring a friend!

Class size is intentionally limited to create a more personal experience. We look forward to welcoming you to Rustic Retreat for an evening of relaxation, connection, and mindful movement.

Stoned Yoga in the West Bottoms! This is an in-person class in Kansas City for people aged 21+ only, as we are actually smoking cannabis in this class. We have 8 teachers we cycle through, so the calendar is available for you to see which teacher is up next. Click the picture below (or visit smogakc.com) for ticket purchasing details! Due to the nature of these classes, advanced purchase is required. Credits can be exchanged to a different day, but there are no refunds. I still typically stick with Mobility for my class, even at Smoga.
